生物活性:Aflatoxin G1-13C17 is the 13C labeled Aflatoxin G1 (HY-N6697)[1]. Aflatoxin G1 is an orally active aflatoxin found in the molds Aspergillus flavus and Aspergillus parasiticus. Aflatoxin G1 is a toxic and carcinogenic mycotoxin found in rice, pepper, and other food crops. Aflatoxin G1 induces DNA damage and apoptosis in alveolar type II cells via the MAPK signaling pathway. Aflatoxin G1 upregulates TNF-α, triggering chronic lung inflammation associated with preneoplastic induction[2][3][4].
