产品应用：BAY 11-7085 is a NF-κB (nuclear factor-κB) inhibitor and can be used as a therapeutic agent for the treatment of endometriosis. BAY 11-7085 inhibits the cell proliferation and DNA synthesis of endometriotic cyst stromal cells (ECSCs) and induces apoptosis by surpressing antiapoptotic proteins.
