DM4-d6「同位素标记抑制剂」

生物活性:DM4-d6 is deuterium labeled DM4. DM4 is is an antitubulin agent that inhibit cell division. DM4 can be used in the preparation of antibody agent conjugate.
体外研究(In Vitro):Stable heavy isotopes of hydrogen, carbon, and other elements have been incorporated into drug molecules, largely as tracers for quantitation during the drug development process. Deuteration has gained attention because of its potential to affect the pharmacokinetic and metabolic profiles of drugs[1].
