生物活性:Leriglitazone-d4 (MIN-102-d4; Hydroxypioglitazone-d4) is deuterium labeled Leriglitazone. Leriglitazone is an orally active and a BBB-penatrable PPARγ agonist with an EC50 of 9 μM. Leriglitazone, as a regulator of mitochondrial function, has neuroprotective, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects. Leriglitazone can be used in the study of neuroinflammatory and neurodegenerative diseases[1][2].
体外研究(In Vitro):Stable heavy isotopes of hydrogen, carbon, and other elements have been incorporated into drug molecules, largely as tracers for quantitation during the drug development process. Deuteration has gained attention because of its potential to affect the pharmacokinetic and metabolic profiles of drugs[1].
