应用：4'-Bromopropiophenone is an electron-deficient aryl bromide that has the ability to self-polymerize using binary palladium catalyst. 4'-Bromopropiophenone is also used as a reagent in the synthesis of substituted 2-aminothiazoles (e.g. 2-Aminobenzothiazole [A593500]), compounds that are inhibitors of neuronal degeneration in patients with Alzheimer’s disease.
