应用：7-Chloro-3-methyl-4H-1,2,4-benzothiadiazine 1-Oxide is an intermediate in the synthesis of 1-Amino-7-chloro-3-methylbenzo[e][1,2,4]thiadiazine 1-oxide (A605595, a derivative of 3-Methyl-4H-1,2,4-benzothiadiazine 1,1-dioxide (M292970) which functions in structure activity relations analysis of benzothiadiazine compounds as hyperglycemic agents by correlating with the reduction in urine output in vivo and insulin production both in vivo and in vitro, and also functions as an antihypertensive agent.
