FAM NHS ester,6-isomer
Fluorescein (FAM) is a bright fluorophore that has found an extremely wide application in life science research. The fluorophore is hydrophilic and its derivatives possess good solubility in aueous buffers.
Fluorescein is patible with a wide variety of fluorescent instrumentation - most instruments are euipped with FAM channel filters.
This product contains the pure 6-isomer of fluorescein.
