生物活性:Oleoyl coenzyme A-13C18 (lithium) is the 13C labeled Oleoyl Coenzyme A lithium[1]. Oleoyl coenzyme A (Oleoyl-CoA) is a thioester of oleic acid and coenzyme A. Oleoyl coenzyme A has a role as an Escherichia coli metabolite and a mouse metabolite[2][3].
体外研究(In Vitro):Stable heavy isotopes of hydrogen, carbon, and other elements have been incorporated into drug molecules, largely as tracers for quantitation during the drug development process. Deuteration has gained attention because of its potential to affect the pharmacokinetic and metabolic profiles of drugs[1].
