Mouse IgG是从混合的正常血清中，使用专利分离技术纯化而获得的纯化免疫球蛋白（Ig），并最终经冻干而以粉末形式供应，该产品未经任何标记，为非特异性IgG。经SDS-PAGE分析该IgG的纯度>97%。
缓冲液配方：0.01M Phosphate buffer in 0.15M NaCl。该mouse IgG不含有任何Protein A或Protein G污染。
溶解方法：
使用时，将其溶解到双蒸水或适当缓冲液中（pH7.2 ± 0.2）。
应用范围：
1）可作为聚乙二醇或**铵免疫沉淀步骤中的共沉淀试剂；
2）作为蛋白质稳定剂；
3）用作大多数免疫分析实验中的封闭试剂；
4）在一些生化分析测试中，也可以作为IgG对照。作为对照IgG时，可以排除IgG本身和特定目的蛋白或其他特定生物分子的非特异性结合；
5）参考抗原，如药物试验中观察免疫效果，用IgG作参考抗原。
