An amine-reactive, succinimidyl carbonate/NHS functionalized cyclooctene building block.
NHS functionalized cyclooctene derivative is a useful building block for incorporation of the cyclooctene moiety into amine containing pounds or biomolecules. A TCO functionalized pounds will react with tetrazine containing pounds or biomolecules without pre-activation or need for a catalyst to result in a stable covalent linkage. TCO-NHS ester is supplied as a single axial (major) diastereomer. Specially formulated crystalline provides easy handling and extended shelf life.
