应用简介:我司提供的 磺基琥珀酰亚胺基-4-(N-马来酰亚胺甲基)环己烷-1-羧酸酯(Sulfo-SMCC)是不能切割,不具膜通透性的交联剂,包含一个胺反应性的-羟基琥珀酰亚胺(NHS酯)和一个巯基反应性马来酰亚胺基团。NHS酯能够在pH7-9的条件下与伯胺基发生反应,形成稳定的酰胺键。马来酰亚胺能够在pH6.5-7.5的条件下与巯基发生反应,形成稳定的硫醚键。由于间隔臂中含有环己烷桥,Sulfo-SMCC和SMCC的马来酰亚胺基团甚至在pH7.5条件下都具有极好的稳定性。由于含有疏水的磺酰基团,Sulfo-SMCC在水及许多常规缓冲液中的溶解度能达到10mg/mL左右,这就避免了有机溶剂可能对蛋白结构造成的损害。
